My Zafira has an intermittent starting problem

My Vauxhall Zafira B sometimes won't start. After you turn the ignition all the normal dashboard lights turn on but nothing happens, not even a click. It randomly happens around once a week or less. I usually wait for around 2 mins and try again until it starts. Sometime ill have to try 2-3 times before it starts.

Might be a poor earth to the voltage regulator taking the current to the starter motor.
