Tyre size confusion
My Ford Fiesta has 16-inch wheels yet the tyres are 195.50.15. I thought the tyre diameter should match the wheel diameter?
On my Ford Focus I have 17-inch wheels and the tyre size is 215.55.17 which is what I expect. Why the difference?

You must be mistaken because it would be impossible to get a 15-inch tyre onto a 16-inch rim.
