Can we demand a refund for our faulty motorhome?
We bought new, top of the range motorhome six months ago. In all we have been out in it for 46 days total. There were a list of faults when we collected it and even more things have gone wrong since we started driving it.
It has been back to the dealers (50 miles away) many times for repairs but we have now had enough. It isn't fit for purpose. What are our options?

If they won't simply take it back for an agreed settlement then you will have to take the matter to the full County Court and this not only won't be cheap, if they successfully defend themselves you'll be landed with their costs as well as your duff motorhome. So try to settle out of court. Relevant law here: www.honestjohn.co.uk/faq/damage/
