Buying a used Isuzu Rodeo - any good?

Thinking of buying an Isuzu Rodeo LE MAX auto with full history and 50,000 miles.

I rate the D-Max/Rodeo the best of this generation of pick-up. The I-TEQ 2.5 and 3.0 are the best engines. But the torque converter autobox is a slurry old thing. Nothing like as good as the 5-speed manual.
