Recommendation flat load area

I have a VW Tiguan at the moment which I'm looking to change for something similar in that price range (£22 - £27k, demo or new). I need a 4WD SUV medium size with a flat load area so I can put our bikes in. The back seats must fold flat and not against the front seats and I don't want to remove them. A lot of SUV's do not have a flat load area. What should I be looking at - any suggestions please?

Most just fold onto the seat squabs. Mazda 5 not flat. Ford Kuga not flat (worst of the lot). Nissan Qashqai nearly flat. Dacia Duster squab folds forward and seatback folds flat, Honda CR-V squab folds forward and seatback folds flat, VW Tiguan, don't have a picture. Check these and any others out in www.honestjohn.co.uk/road-tests/ For carrying bikes you're better off with a Berlingo Multispace or a Ford Tourneo Connect 5-seater.
