I can't open my Honda CR-V's satellite navigation system - any ideas?

The joystick/enter button on my satellite navigation works sometimes and not others. I have tried removing the four screws on the back of the lid but the cover still remains tight. Are there any more screws under the stick-on label that need to be removed or is the cover just tight?

You're best off contacting your local Honda dealer who should be able to help you. Alternatively speak to Honda UK customer services - their contact details will be at www.honda.co.uk/cars
