New driver with £5k to spend - what should I buy?
I'm 27 and have just passed my driving test. I would like to buy a small economical car, which will be cheap to insure. I have £5000 to spend, what do you suggest I buy?

Citroen C1, Peugeot 107, Toyota Aygo, all MY 2012 or later which are under 100g/km CO2, so free annual tax. Very low maintenance and insurance costs. 50+ mpg.
