Letter of intent to reserve place in queue for new Jaguar XE
Letter of intent to reserve place in queue for new Jaguar XE. Do you have a pro forma letter and what legal protection do I have if I back out when car is launched and will I get deposit back?

You're joking. Can't be done. If you contractually commit and pay a deposit, then that deposit is not refundable at all and you could even be held to fulfil your contract and buy the car whether you liked it or not.
