Can you recommend a car with a brilliant ride?

I am in my early 70s suffering from neck arthritis. I am looking for a replacement car for my Kia Sportage and would like to keep to that size of car. I live on an unadopted potholed road and I am looking to minimise side to side movement when driving over potholes. What do you recommend?

A Mercedes S Class with 'Magic Ride'. Unbelievably brilliant.

Supremely comfortable with an elegant yet modern interior., handles impressively well for such a big car, reasonable economy and emissions.
