Should I sell my Jaguar S-Type now?

I have a 2006 Jaguar S-Type [manual] on a 55 plate with 32,000 long distance miles on it (no short trips).

It has the sport interior, heated windscreen, CD Autochanger plus all the other nice standard accessories, and returns 41+mpg on my 50 mile runs and annual Jaguar dealer services.

Would I be wiser to keep it and run it into the ground or look to exchange in the short term? I do fancy the Mazda CX5 2.2 diesel but have about £14k plus Jaguar if I were to change.

The Jag will need an expensive timing belt very soon so it might be time to say goodbye.
