Discovered my car has dangerous faults - what should I do?

I have bought a used car that has been condemned after an AA call out. I only bought the car a week ago (MoT was carried out 180 previous to me buying it) but the car has a number of dangerous faults.

Should I contact VOSA? Or do I just suck it up and repair the car myself?

You sue the vendor for breach of contract for selling you an unroadworthy car. Law here: www.honestjohn.co.uk/faq/consumer-rights/ Report to VOSA, but don't sit around waiting for an answer.
