Water ingress in boot

I have recently noticed that the boot mat in my Toyota Avensis has become very damp and the spare wheel well is holding some residual (cleanish) water. I cannot see where it is penetrating from and suspect it may be from one of the rear light clusters. Are you aware of this as a fault with this model?

Likely to be coming in via the supposedly 'one way' vent flaps at the lower sides of the load bay, hidden on the inside by carpet and on the outside by the sides of the rear valance.
