Used car for long commuting - what's best for £4k?
I am looking for a used car with a budget of £4000. I am commuting 130 miles daily and 90 per cent of this is motorway cruising. What cars would you recommend I look for?
Primarily, I am looking for good fuel economy. I do like to be able to carry my push bike in the car so a spacious boot would be a bonus but not essential.

If you can find a Ford Fiesta 1.6TDCI in reasonable shape, grab it.
