Where can I report potholes that need repairing?

Some time ago you gave me advice on how to get the council to see to dangerous potholes. I believe you gave me a link but somehow I seem to have lost it. Can you help again please?

Report via www.fixmystreet.co.uk/ or via www.potholes.co.uk/. That makes reporting of the pothole a matter of record and if the council does not fix it within a reasonable time (of a week or so) it becomes 100% liable for any damage to vehicles the pothole may cause.
