Is this Porsche Cayman S a good purchase for £27,000?

I am considering buying a used Porsche Cayman S. The car in question is for sale at a respected large local independent in Aberdeen who specialises in prestige cars. It is a June 2006 Cayman S Automatic, 22,000 miles, three previous owners. UK spec, and originally supplied from Porsche UK through one of their dealers. It is the second time it has been sold through this dealer. The last service was by them in May 2009, so no full Porsche main dealer service history. The car will be be serviced and MOT'd by them just prior to delivery, with a comprehensive dealer 6-month warranty, and taxed until October 2010.

The car is sticker-priced at £27,000. My p/x is a June 2009 Audi A4 Avant 2.0TDi SE multitronic with 10,000 miles, with sat nav, bluetooth and CD changer as fitted extras. The price to change is £6000. I would really welcome your views on the deal, and anything I should be aware of in the Porsche, or shouldn't I touch it with a barge pole?
