Should we replace our Hyundai i10 with a Honda Jazz for more comfort?

We have a Hyundai i10 Classic. We are thinking of upgrading to a new Honda Jazz 1.2 SE manual for more comfort and the higher seats, as I have had back surgery. What are the pros and cons of this Jazz in your opinion? Would you recommend any other similar-sized manual petrol car in this price range and band C tax, which is important to my husband? What would be a fair part exchange offer for our Hyundai? It is a 2009 and in good condition. Do all new cars come without a spare tyre now?

Most come without a spare, or even a space saver. You could also consider a Fiat 500 (which has a space saver). It has a high roof and the best small seats of any small car. But the Honda Jazz is more versatile. The 1.2 is tested here (including a video): www.honestjohn.co.uk/road-tests/honda/honda-jazz-2.../. Trade price for an 09 i10 Classic 1.2 is £3290 with 46,000 miles (adjust up or down slightly for lower or higher mileage).
