Which car do you recommend for a tall, elderly lady driver?

Could you possibly recommend a small car, please, for an 85-year-old 5-feet 9-inches lady whose knees are beginning to go? Could be secondhand or new, but spending well under £10,000. It will be street-parked, and do perhaps 3000 miles per year, mainly short trips but with occasional motorway use. It should be easy to drive and easy to get in and out of the front seats, preferably four door but two door is possible. She has a good Vauxhall dealer locally.

Surprisingly spacious small five-door city car. Makes best sense with 1.0 petrol engine. Much better than old Agila. Rebadged version of Suzuki Splash.
