How can drivers easily attach fishing rods to the roofs of their cars?
Referring to DD's letter of 26 January concerning fishing rods, I live in the Highland Spey valley area, near the river. I often see fishermen's cars going past my door with their rods attached to the exterior of the vehicle by means of two magnetic fittings, one on the bonnet the other on the roof above the windscreen. I am not a fisherman myself but hope that this information might of help to DD and others.
