Two cars to insure - why cant I claim no claims discount on both?
I’m trying to insure two cars; my main personal car, a Mazda 6 which I’ll be using for business and pleasure and a Fiat Punto, which I use as a local run around. Both are registered to me as the owner/keeper.
However, it seems I can’t have a no claims discount on both vehicles (I have effectively 15 plus years claim free motoring/NCD). I don’t understand why this is, can you help?

Unless you get a multicar policy (Zurich, Aviva, Admiral. Direct Line) you can't transfer one NCD to two policies.
