Need a small and reliable car for £700 - what do you recommend?

We are looking for a reliable cheap car for a 17 year old. It must have a small engine, four doors and cost no more than £700. What would you recommend?

For £700 the most reliable is probably an old Ford Fiesta 1.25, but it will be rusty so make sure that the rust isn't structural.
