Can you recommend a petrol estate?

I am looking to replace my 2.2 Automatic Vauxhall Omega estate with something of a similar-ish size boot, while still being an auto and petrol, as my commute to work is only about four miles so makes a diesel unsuitable.

I have been tempted by the Skoda Superb estate, but am scared of the horror stories about the DSG gearboxes. My budget is around £12,000 and am happy to listen to any ideas you might have.

Ford Mondeo 2.0 TDCI Powershift. Vastly better than VAG's DSG, but still needs an expensive change of fluid every two years.
