What should I do if a dealer doesn't fulfil a promise?
I bought a 2009 Lexus RX400 from a dealer and took delivery on the understanding that they would subsequently make good the stolen spare tyre and bracket. They admitted liability verbally, but I am now wondering what to do if they back out?

If they back out you will need to be able to prove that they made the promise as part of the sales contract.
