My new Hyundai i20 is stuck in reverse at just two weeks old - should I reject it?
My new Hyundai i20 stuck in reverse and won't shift. It is back at the dealer and they are repairing the gearbox. Should I accept this or should they be replacing it with a new car? Two weeks is not good.

You should give Hyundai the chance to put it right. Unless it's a recurring fault, you'll be on shaky ground if you try to reject the car. Plus it may not be worth the hassle if the car is properly fixed. Details on how you can reject a car are here: www.honestjohn.co.uk/faq/consumer-rights
