Chrysler Grand Voyager - can't select 1st gear
I bought a 2003 Chrysler Grand Voyager 2.5 manual a few weeks ago, but I am having trouble with the gearbox. I either find it difficult to select 1st gear or it will select but then pop out. Any idea what the fault is? I’m considering changing the gearbox oil.

Might be the cable selector, might be that some gears have slipped along the shaft. Replacing the gearbox oil won't fix it
