Winter tyres for Honda Civic - which are best?

I own 2008 Honda Civic 1.8 VTEC and want to fit winter tyres, with a good ratio for price/performance. The dimension of the tyres should be 225/45/R17. What should I buy?

Goodyear Vector 4 Seasons, and you can then leave them on all year round.
