Bulkhead leaking - what's the cause?

Is there any history of leaks from the bulkhead in the Volkswagen Up? Our car is less than a year old, but takes on water and the garage cannot find the cause.

Yours is the first report we have had, are you sure it's not caused simply by blocked drains to the bulkhead vent well? Or it could be a failed seal or cover to the pollen filter.
