What's causing the engine light illuminate on my Mercedes E-Class?

I bought a 2009 Mercedes-Benz E-Class CDI Blue Efficiency two days ago and the engine management light has come on. I took it back to the dealer and they replaced the sensors for free, but the light has come on again. Upon investigation, I have found out that E-Class Blue Efficiency has injector issues. Can you help?

These piezo electric injectors turned out to be of variable quality and very sensitive to fuel quality. But the light may simply be on because the fuel filter is a bit blocked, so try changing that and running on a fuel that cleans the fuel system such as Shell V-Power Nitro Plus.
