Downsizing from two cars to one - which should I sell?

I have recently been made redundant and am looking to downgrade from two cars to one. I currently own a 2012 Toyota Aygo and a 2009 Verso, but find the Aygo to be too small so want to sell it. The only problem is the car has negative equity and I’m not sure how best to sell it. Any suggestions?

When you mention 'negative equity' you give me the impression that the Aygo is on finance. You therefore canot sell it until you own it because it is not yours to sell.
