What hot hatch below £5000?
After driving a Toyota Corolla for five years with no problems, I'm looking for a hotter hatch for a change but would still like the reliability. It must be big enough to accommodate 2 Labradors in the boot and have air con.
I like diesel but because I do low miles it would probably not be suitable unless you can suggest a non-DPF model. I'm looking to spend up to £5000, maybe a bit more at a push. I've just driven a Golf 2.0 FSI which I liked but your website put me off a bit because of potential faults and need for higher octane fuel.
