Underside body problems with Toyota Avensis

I bought a four year old Toyota Avensis from a main dealer in April. It has just had its MoT ,which it passed, however they noticed that two holes on the underside, which are normally filled with a rubber bung, have been stretched somehow and are no longer round.

These holes will ultimately allow the ingress of water, dirt etc. Have I got a claim against the selling dealer? The car came with a 12 month warranty.

As well as allowing water, etc in, they will allow it out. Cavities that allow water in but not out are more of a problem. But the issue you describe is not one I've ever come across before. Can't figure how the holes became stretched, unless this happened in production of the panel before it was built into the car.
