Dear John, my friend, who doesn't have a computer, is a professional dog walker and business is good. He wonders if it's possible to buy, at auction or otherwise, an ex-police dog patrol van or similar, ie, a used van in good condition suitable for taking a few dogs for long walks daily, with room for all the kit; leads, treats, ball flingers, poo bags, towels, etc. The budget is 3-5k. any information or advise would be greatly appreciated, a good van would transform my friend's and his canine client's lives.
