Incorrect tyre fitted

I recently had my car serviced and I asked the garage to fit a replacement tyre. When I picked the car up I was told that the tyres had been rotated and the new tyre fitted.

The next day the tyre warning light came back on again and upon further inspection, it was noted that they have replaced the incorrect tyre. Where do I stand on this?

It's down to them to correct their mistake or to pay for someone else to correct it.
