Which winter tyres for Ford Fiesta?
I have just replaced a 2004 Fiesta (Steel wheels, 175/65 R14) with a 2013 Fiesta EcoBoost (alloy wheels, 195/55 R15).
I still have the winter tyres on steel wheels from the old car, which seem to be about an inch smaller in overall diameter. Is it practical to use the old winter wheels/tyres on the new car?

The equivalence is 175/65 R14 = 185/55 R15. As long as the stud pattern and offset is okay the old wheels should be okay on the new car but the speedo will read slightly faster.
