Which Honda CRV would you recommend?
I'm looking to buy a used Honda CRV (probably 2004-06) for occasional use. It will primarily be used to cope with adverse wet (floods) and winter weather on rural roads, plus motorway journeys every now and then.
My search criteria has generated a range of vehicle options, spanning executive, SE and Sport models. All fall within the £4000-£5500 price bracket. Which would you suggest to be the best choice in terms of deciding between age, mileage and transmission?

2.0i petrol manual or automatic were the most reliable. Not the 2.2i CTDI. The auto has a fully walk through cab: side to side; front to back.
