What car with high seats and a petrol engine?

I have a Hyundai ix35 1.7D Premium and am considering changing to a petrol car. What is available that has a fairly high seats for easy entry (for my dodgy old knees!), good reliability and comfort?

Hyundai 1.6 and 1.7DRDIs do not seen to suffer DPF problems yet. But your question asks how long is a piece of string. I could make 100 suggestions but don't have the time. The most obvious is an ix35 1.6GDI, or an ix20.
