Honda FRV starting problem?

My Honda FR-V has trouble turning over. I've taken it to a Honda garage and they plugged it in, but no error code came up.

When trying to start (after the glow plugs go out) it just keeps turning then finally it will crank into life. Sometimes when the engine is hot it wont start at all until you try again a few minutes later, when it does. The battery was replaced recently by the previous owner and the filter/oil have been done.

I don't think the glowplugs are working properly. Either one or more of them is faulty or the relay is faulty.
