Where can I find information on the French government's banning of speed trap detectors?

I have attempted to translate a French press release about that country’s new decree banning all forms of speed trap detector whether reader detector or satnav locators of fixed traps.

Many thanks. But since some cars, for example the 2003 Honda Accord, come with built-in satnav that shows the locations of fixed speed traps, this ridiculous decree is going to make life very difficult. The best advice is, if in doubt, avoid France. FAQ giving TD’s very helpful translation here: www.honestjohn.co.uk/faq/speed-cameras-in-france/.

Astonishingly, the latest versions of the Renault Megane which we tested in Spain in March had built in Carminat TomTom satnav that showed the locations of Spanish speed traps.
