Is the Mazda 2 automatic suitable for a diabetes sufferer?

I have type two diabetes and am finding it unsafe to find the clutch pedal on my Terios. I use also a MX-5 Powershift, which is fine. I have to have a second car with a bit of guts for continental working. I thought of a Mazda 2 auto. What do you think?

The Mazda 2 Activematic is the most fun small automatic. A bit too eager at times but steers beautifully. 1000 mile test (in Thailand) here: www.honestjohn.co.uk/road-tests/mazda/mazda-2-auto/
