Is evidence from dashcams acceptable to courts and insurance companies?
Many drivers now are fixing cameras in their cars to record their journeys. Are the insurance companies and courts accepting film from these cameras as evidence? Can you recommend one for less than £200?

The video from these cameras is potentially evidential. Whether a court would accept it or not would depend on what it actually shows and how well the case was argued.
There's a list of links to suppliers in this directory: www.honestjohn.co.uk/useful-websites/parts-accesso.../ I have yet to invest in one, but they have been discussed in The Backroom at HJUK. Here’s some footage from them: www.youtube.com/watch?v=B_FLwN8GIaM&feature=g-...c
