Thanks for advising left-foot braking when driving automatic vehicles.
It is rare that I use the left-foot braking advice that you give for driving automatics. However, I am sure it saved me from an accident recently when approaching a narrow bridge only to find a large HGV approaching me. My left foot was applying pressure to the brake pedal before my right foot even had time to ease off the throttle. As a result I escaped with an increased pulse rate and live to tell the tale. Many heartfelt thanks.

Excellent. I saved a couple of lives that way too when a motorbike taxi suddenly swerved in front of me in Bangkok and I was able to stop within a metre. No left foot braking. No more motorcycle taxi driver or passenger. Or at the very least a nastily injured motorbike taxi driver and passenger.
