What do these abbreviations mean?

Could you explain such terms as DPF, DMF, CVT transmission, ABS, etc?

DPF = Diesel Particulate Filter (Diesel Soot Filter). DMF = Dual Mass Flywheel (Force Absorbent Flywheel). CVT = Continuously Variable Transmission (Soft Automatic). ABS = AntiLock Braking System (or ‘Allows Braking and Steering’).
