My query relates to being in Scotland. For disputes of less than £5000, you often refer dissatisfied customers to the Small Claims Track of the County Court to sue for damages. And, on a separate tack, you also advise those harassed (usually by parking agencies) to invoke the Freedom from Harassment Act 1997. As you will be aware, we have a separate legal system here in Scotland, so do we have an equivalent small claims division in the Sheriffs Court? If our offender is based in England do we have to use a local English County Court? What would be the normal practice?
