Which small car to replace a Ford Ka?

My wife is looking to replace her 40,000 mile 2001 Ford Ka. She believes the Citroen C1, Peugeot 107 or Toyota Aygo might fit the bill. Also she wants to look at the new Ford Ka. Bearing in mind the negligible mileage, which car would you go for?

The latest C1, 107 and Aygo are all under 100g/km tax, so all annual tax-free and congestion charge exempt. The KA isn't. But she could also consider the Volkswagen Up, Skoda Citigo and SEAT Mii.
