Which large comfortable car should I buy?

At 82 I'm looking to replace my 2003 Honda Civic 1.6 Executive automatic for a larger comfortable car such as a Mercedes-Benz E300 or Lexus with low mileage and cost of £8000 - £12,000. My annual local mileage is just 1500 miles. What would you recommend and where would I find it?

A Lexus IS250 automatic, which is probably the most reliable car you can currently buy. Get a part-exchange from a Lexus dealer.
