Should I keep this Passat?

I own a VW Passat 1.9TDI S estate on an 07 plate. It has 104,000 on the clock. It is regularly serviced and I do about 18,000 miles a year. The car is an ex fleet car which had 50k on the clock when I bought it 3 years ago and it has been trouble free.

I changed the cam belt at 60k. As far as I can tell it doesn't have diesel particulate filters etc. so hopefully less to go wrong. Am I sitting on a financial powder keg, or if properly maintained should it run on for a while yet?

What will invariably fail are the rear parking brake motors and the dual mass flywheel, but the 1.9 engine is much more reliable and safer than the 2.0TDI.
