Oil leak on X-Type - serious?

I have an oil leak on the front rocker top around plugs in my Jaguar X-Type.

If it's from the cam cover gasket then not a big problem. If it's from one of the head gaskets, then it is a big problem. Parts for the 2.1 V6 are hard to get.
