Parking Eye charlatans
Just received a parking eye fine for £100 which I find very steep for parking for 31 minutes over the 2 hour. Is there a way in which I should appeal against this. It's crazy - you see signs everywhere saying tiredness kills so you take a break and you get fined for being a safe driver - I don't get it!
