What attitude to have in court after speeding?
I was caught doing 94 in a 60 limit last week. I don't really have a defence other than I wasn't aware I was speeding. (it was the first time I had driven the car etc)
I was wondering whether it would be better to state in court that I was unaware I was over the speed limit due to being unfamiliar with the vehicle, it was a lapse of concentration.
OR, whether to just say I was aware and also be very remorseful etc?
