Mondeo or Insignia?

I'm in the market for a second hand car, an 09 or 10 model. Which should I go for - a 1.8YDCI Mondeo or a 2.0 CDTI Insignia Exclusive? I do around 550 miles a week - which would be the most fuel efficient and reliable?

Definitely not a Mondeo 1.8TDCI. Any other Mondeo, but not that one.
