Oil spots on garage floor - concerned?
I have owned a 2011 Citroen C3 VTR+ 1.4 petrol from new. There have been several small spots of oil showing on the garage floor under the engine bay. This was mentioned to the main dealer at first service.
The response was that this was a common occurrence and was a seepage from the air conditioning system. Does this seem a reasonable explanation and should I be concerned?

No. And yes, you should be concerned. If it is condensation from the a/c it is water so will dry out. If it is oil it won't.
